About Your New Role
We are seeking a client-focused IT Solutions Architect to join a leading IT organisation to be engaged on Projects within the Cloud, Data Storage, Professional Services, and IT Managed Services Sectors.
You’ll be engaged on scoping business strategies and designing and implementing Infrastructure, Office 365, and Cloud based projects.
To be successful you should really enjoy scoping solutions from a technical perspective. Ideally you are already working within an infrastructure services-based environment with a full understanding of end-user technology architectures, including experience within infrastructure, security, data, network, and security domains.
You’ll be engaged to manage and monitor client resolutions; therefore, you must have exceptional communication skills coupled with a deep sense of customer service and stakeholder engagement. About You
- Experience in Network configuration and knowledge of Network based engineering protocols is essential
- Detailed knowledge with Microsoft Technologies and deploying and supporting Server, Active Directory, Exchange, Azure, and Office 365 based environments
- Experience in the design and proposal of solutions that utilise a range of Cloud technology options (PaaS, SaaS, IaaS)
- Strong engineering implementation and deployment experience within Project-based sectors essential
- Good interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication
- Exceptional customer service skills coupled with established stakeholder engagement skills
- Exceptional deadline management skills with the ability to adjust and manage flexible priorities
- Permanent/full right to work in Australia
