Unlike traditional agencies we do not base our fees on a percentage of the successful candidate’s salary or overall package.
Engagement is by the hour and we will only charge for the hours completed. These hours are all capped, so you only pay for the initial hours quoted. Anything additional within the designated project is at Focused On Recruitment ’s expense. Our model often saves organisations significant savings on their recruitment costs.
We offer full or unbundled recruitment services; we can do as little or as much of the recruitment process as you wish. If you would like us to just screen candidates or check references, we can provide those services and will just charge you for the hours worked.

We don’t rely on advertising to attract candidates. We actively engage in attraction strategies including social media and direct campaigns to ensure our clients are receiving the widest and most comprehensive search options available.
